Inside, Tokyo's Super Potato dresses the spaces in copper, wood and brick, with Lingnan flourishes in the rooms: backlit latticework, carved-wood panels and decorative lintels. Recycled-wood sculptures by Tadashi Kawamata appear on every floor. Three restaurants, a four-room spa drawing on traditional Chinese medicine, and The Roof Bar on the 70th floor, with live music and Pearl River views, anchor the experience. Service is composed and attentive, with a WhatsApp line for guests out exploring.
